I came upon this upscale brasserie while exploring Toulouse one day and was attracted by the sight and smell of incredibly fresh seafood. And I was not disappointed. The Soup de Poisson and the fresh crab were excellent. But what blew me away was the best Baked Alaska (Norwegian Omlette in French) I have ever had. The accomplished pastry chef makes it for one (very unusual). As one of my favorite desserts, I have had it in a wide variety of restaurants around the world, wherever I can find it. Firmin's is by far the best.
