Had a jar of Trader Joe's Alfredo sauce. Wasn't sure what to do w/it so........,
Grabbed the container of pesto too that was hiding in the back of the fridge. Sauteed jumbo shrimp and chicken sausage w/EVOO, garlic and a splash of white wine. Chopped up some toms and added the jar of Alfredo then the container of pesto. Grated mucho Asiago all over the top, tossed in the hot pasta and wella, gourmet.
It was so very yummy. Just thought I'd share. :) KQ
