Tosca for RW

I'm eating lunch at Tosca with friends tomorrow for RW, based on all of your recommendations.
The menu does not have the famous scarpinasch. It does have the sea bass with spinach and wild mushrooms, which someone here rated highly. Other than that, any recommendations on these dishes from those who have eaten there? Thanks! Just reading the menu, I'm inclined towards the polenta appetizer, sea bass main dish, and profiterole dessert (I'm a chocolate fiend - but the polenta cake with hazelnuts and vanilla gelato sounds good, so perhaps one of my friends will get it and I'll taste). The chickpea pasta appetizer sounds like it could be good too.

Pasta e ceci all’olio crudo, pomodori pelati e ricotta salata
Classic chick pea and small ring shaped pasta with marinated San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and aged ricotta cheese

Insalata di finocchi, arance sanguigne olive Taggiasche e scaglie di tonno speziato
Shaved fennel, blood orange, black olives and spiced yellow fin tuna loin salad

Polenta taragna con salsicce arrosto fatte in casa
Local organic buckwheat flour soft polenta with taleggio cheese and a selection of housemade roasted sausages

Penne alla puttanesca di polipo
‘Penne rigate’ in a spicy tomato sauce with capers, olives, and garlic sautéed Mediterranean octopus

Filetto di branzino del Mediterraneo con salsa di spinaci e funghetti misti trifolati
Sautéed Mediterranean sea bass filet with sautéed wild mushrooms and organic baby spinach sauce

Garretto di vitello intero al forno con patate arrosto, erbette saltate e gremolata
Whole roasted veal shank with roasted gold potato, sauté Swiss chard, white wine sauce and ‘gremolata’
