“Tosca Cafe will close temporarily as I prepare to transfer this iconic restaurant to new management,” owner April Bloomfield said in a statement.

I admit, I had not realized that Ken Friedman's ownership stake had *still* not yet been resolved.

I would be surprised if anything changes very quickly, but I hope they are able to revive it again in the future.
