I've been going to a place called King Torta out in El Sereno for a couple of decades now. I've moved away from LA and now reside in north Orange County. I am wondering about a couple of things. Is there a place that makes asada tortas the same way as King Torta?

Also, is the bread at King Torta unique or can I buy it at the bakery or market? What is the name of it if I had to try and find it?

Thank you all in advance for any suggestions you might have.
