Toronto - Peruvian & Parking & Ferries

First of all, thanks to all for the extensive Toronto postings. Just spent a very enjoyable hour researching good cheap eats for our (quick) visit to Toronto next weekend. Many of the same places seem to be mentioned consistently - I don't know how we'll choose!
There was just one brief mention of a Peruvian place (El Bodegon). Having never had a bad Peruvian meal, this surprises me - I guess I assumed all Peruvian restaurants were very good! Any comments about this place? Menu recommendations?

Korean - Sejong was suggested. Is this Toronto's best? Any menu recommendations?

Now on to logistics... We'll be staying in the Niagara area, going up to Toronto for the day on Saturday. I haven't yet found any information on parking. Where can you find parking in the downtown area? (how much will it cost?) Or would you recommend parking further out and catching a subway in?

Actually I had heard there's a ferry that runs from Niagara to Toronto, which would be awesome, but haven't seen any evidence to confirm it!

Thanks in advance. Can't wait to see (and eat in) your fair city next weekend!
