Toronto Chowhounder's Orlando experience - Day 3

Another day of gorgeous weather and another day at the Theme Park. This time we concentrated our activities at Universal's Island of adventure. Since my son is an avid NBA fan, its only natural that we have our lunch at NBA City. Once again, food was better than expected. In fact, my perfectly cooked piece of rare Ginger Teriyaki glazed US Prime Sirloin was one of the better dish I had on this trip.

Our party had the following:
- Charbroiled Ginger Teriyaki glazed US Prime Sirloin
- Shrimp Jumbalaya
- Charbroiled Apricot glazed Pork Chop
- Banana Bread Pudding with caramel sauce.

Apart from the aforementioned great tasting steak, the rest of our meal was more than acceptable with only a minor misses or two like the slightly overcooked Pork Chop. Once again, we noticed all our potato sides were nicely prepared and very delicious. My smashed red potatoes in particular. To us Canadian, Americans sure have a flare in preparing great tasting potatoes! BTW, our dessert Banana Bread Pudding must be one of the largest piece of dessert we have ever encountered! It was the size of a standard building brick!

Once again, we left the establishment with two satisfied kids. Mission accomplished!
