Toronto casual breakfast, lunch, dinner ideas

stefaniematt | Apr 8, 201107:01 AM     1

Hi all . . . we are heading to Toronto in a few weeks for a few days of sight-seeing. We are bringing our 3 kids -- 9, 7 and 4. They know how to behave in a restaurant and are pretty adventurous with food -- want to stay away from any chain restaurants for lunch and dinner if we can. Looking for a recommendation for a good Italian restaurant for one night -- and then something else -- maybe ethnic for another night. Husband is a vegetarian so it needs to have some options for him. Also interested in casual lunch places and a couple of cheap, good breakfast joints. We'll be there Tuesday - Thursday so hoping that will help with long waits, etc.
