Thanks to everyone on this board, my November trip of gluttony is well on its way. My only hurdle is that I still haven't picked my last meal of our Italian trip which will be in Rome. I'm looking for something hip, fun and for food that takes a twist on the classics. I have narrowed it down to Guida Ballerino, Glass and Aroma.
Guida Ballerino was enticing because I liked the idea of going off the beaten path and their tasting menu looks great. Glass too looks like fun and would love to check out the neighborhood while there. And Aroma? I haven't heard too much about on this board. From what I can gather it would be more expensive than the other 2. I'm wondering how the food would measure up? Or are you just paying for the view?
