So what do we do after Toque?

I have just discovered this board and have been reading through the various posts and have enjoyed the comments.

My wife and I (and her parents- 65 and 74) are coming to Montreal on Memorial Day weekend (Fri and Sat night dinners out) for what we think will become an annual trip- this will be our third straight visit as we've enjoyed the restaurants so much.

Already looking forward to our next installment-

First trip- we dined at Les Lumieres (we stayed at the Hotel de la Montagne) and also les Chenets.

Second trip- we went to Nuances at the Casino and also to Toque at the St. Denis location.

We are looking for upscale French. Planned to go to Passe-Partout until I saw the news they closed. So now I am thinking les Caprices de Nicolas, Les Halles, Les Heritiers, la Mere Michel.

We like places with professional service that are not too noisy or smoky, we don't mind paying for a decent wine list (and thanks for the lesson in provincial taxes on wine everyone!) and we usually don't look for places that are over the top trendy.

I would appreciate a comment about the places I've mentioned or a recomendation for anything similar. Thanks in advance. And let's go Habs!
