Below 23rd St. if possible:
Looking for who makes an awesome seafood pasta (shrimp, clams, scallops, mussels, oysters, etc.)
I like everything EXCEPT calimari and octopus in my pasta.
Also tend to veer away from heavy cream sauces.
Does NOT have to be an upscale restaurant. Actually I prefer smaller, cozier eateries.
