Top Line Liquor

I'd only been here once before, picked up a few decent wines, one being Torii Mor pinot, decent stuff. Decided to go back tonight to see what they recommend. Well, the first thing that grabbed my attention was the 375 ml bottles of belvedere and other top shelf vodka for 10 bucks a pop. You could buy two, have yourself a 750ml, and you'd still be about 8 bucks cheaper than Trader Joe's.

So on top of that I asked for a couple good recommendations, I was after some red (pref. cal zin, pinot noir, rhone, anything but merlot). Got a cheapy pinot (Castle Rock 02 russian river) your typical blackberry/cherry pinot for 8 bucks, nothing memorable, and this zin called Brochelle, '01 Paso Robles. I'm on my second glass and I'm getting into it, great liquorice, RICH (like 16 percent), sweet, hearty, I'm dying to make a fennel tart with foie gras right now....28 bucks. I'm not sure what either of these wines normally go for, but a half bottle of Belvedere, a decent pinot, and a kickass zin all for under 50 bucks suits me just fine. Anyone who actually knows their wine have anything to say about Top Line?

Don't have the exact's on San Fernando blvd in glendale, close to the 134 exit.
