I've been to Nobu many times (usually just walking in for lunch) and have had only great experiences. I wasn't able to get reservations there for tonight for some friends who are in town, though, and was thinking of instead going to Next Door Nobu. While I don't expect the same experience, how does it compare (food, service, price)?
We have reservations for Jewel Bako at 9, but they are for a table, and I'm worried that would be over-priced for the experience given recent postings from Nina W and others, and also that we won't be seated until really late.
I'm thinking if we show up at NDN at 7/7:30, we should be able to be seated by 9 - is it worth it though?
Thanks in advance for the help
