help me with my next Tong Por Cartiierville experience....

Hi.
I was at Tong Por this Sunday for lunch.. ho boy was this place ever full... I arrived soon so I was among the lucky ones that got a table within 5 minutes wait time.. but right after that, around 12:30, the line up was humongous..
of course being French Canadian and not an expert in Chinese food I was a bit lost inthere...
I deplored the fact that there wasn't a menu to look at ( not sure it would have helped without pictures and description though...) I also did not understand their billing method.. some dim sum were cheaper than others...

couple of questions for you , regulars or experts..

1- Do they have a menu , and if so is it made for newbies like myself ?
2- can one chose the same dim sum in different $$, I mean can I order a $2.5 plate versus a $5.00 plate of the same dim sum ? or each ds has a fixed price ?
3-honestly there were a couple of dim sum I did not really enjoy , one was a fish/meat/? ball caped with a large mushroom head... well the fish taste( or whatever the taste was...) was a bit strong for us (GF), next was a plate of very large and round noodles in a bit of dark sauce with a few slice of green peppers.... this one was a bit short on taste, very filling but tasted like not much, like blink rice or starch... ho well. so here's my last question: what are the must eat at the restaurant. I know this is a very personal question depending on your own culture, but still, I would like to read some specific recommendation on some dim sum there please.
