Ton Kiang's chicken and Hakka cuisine

Other than my recent discovery of Florio's amazing roast chicken, the other chicken dish I've been most impressed with lately is Ton Kiang's salt baked chicken. I know that it's a Hakka dish, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of some different Hakka restaurants around SF that I should try. Also, are there any other Hakka specialties I should be on the lookout for?
