Well, I got a hold of a good Mexican cookbook (see all those posts below about my questions on Mexican cooking), made some shredded beef and Spanish rice for some burritos for the wife and I...eeeeexxxxtra delicious!

I out-did myself on my first try! My wife initally said "Wow, this is good". A little later after she had seconds, she said "I would probably have paid for this."

I felt...well, like I could have run for president of Mexico!

Been reading up on the chilies and things of such sorts, too. Loving it to pieces!
