Tokyo`s vegetarian restaurant Sen in the New York Times

One of my favorite restaurants in Tokyo is mentioned in this week`s Dining In/Out section of the New York Times. Mark Bittman has interviewed Chef Yumiko Kanno and has a few recipes listed. I agree with Mark, if you are going to do one recipe, do the goma miso green beans. Easy and delicous!
