Tokyo, first visit, help with my choices needed

misnatalie | May 30, 201909:36 PM     4

Hello all, I know this topic comes up a lot but I have to say it appears getting reservations at restaurants in Tokyo may be even harder than in New York which I did not think was possible, lol. I will be in Tokyo only for a few days, in January, but am staying at a 5 star hotel with concierge to facilitate restaurant reservations. My choices are: Sukiyabashi Jiro (either location), Kagurazaka Ishikawa, Sushi Masuda or Den. How do you think I should prioritize them? Any others I should add just in case? I think I will also try Inua. Thoughts? Lastly would love any yakitori and robata suggestions. Thanks so much!
