Tokyo: best tempura and/or sushi?

newfoodie123 | Apr 13, 201710:46 PM     5

Hi everyone, I'm traveling to Japan and I would like to eat at a high-end tempura and a high-end sushi spot.

I was wondering of the following lists, particularly the tempura ones, which spots are your favorites? (Did not include 7chome due to its price and some spots like Saito because I already looked and can't get spots there). Would appreciate any help - thanks so much!

Tempura:
1. Uchitsu
2. Kondo
3. Mikasa
4. Fukamachi
5. Mikawa Zezankyo
6. Seiju
7. Motoyoshi

Sushi:

1. Sushi Sugita
2. Sushi Mitani
3. Sushi Hashiguchi
4. Sushi Amamoto
5. Sushi Hatsunezushi
6. Kimura
7. Sushi Arai

Sushi Saito
Tempura Fukamachi
Mikawa Zezankyo
Motoyoshi
Mitani
Hashiguchi
B.B.Q KIMURA
Sushi Arai
Amamoto
