Would appreciate recommendations for a few days in Tokyo and a few days in Kyoto in April.
I'm a vegetarian (no fish, meat or poulty), my wife is not.
Italian food is usually safe. We'd like to try shojin ryori or the like. I did fine at Taillevent in Paris, so I'm hoping Taillevent Robuchon or L'Atelier de Robuchon would be enjoyable.
Any and all recommendations (including other cuisines) would be appreciated.
