Anyone had the "tofu snack" sold at Fred Segal cafe?

I recently bought a bag of these small, flat-pasta shaped "snacks" (cookies?) at Fred Segal- they have black sesame seeds in them, are slightly sweet and crunchy. They are made by an Asian Bakery in Downtown but when I called to get info, they said they don't speak any English. Has anyone else tried these? I am addicted to them but am curious about why they are called "tofu snacks." If they are indeed healthy, then it's my lucky day but they don't taste that healthy....any thoughts?
