So i'm not sure where to post this but I wanted to get everyone/anyone's opinion on re-using a tofu marinade.
So tofu's not like a normal meat protein that would have different levels of toxins, etc but it might have other toxins I don't know about.
I did a tofu marinade with soy, sugar, mirin, and dashi two days ago and i really liked it. i wanted to add another piece of tofu to the marinade today but it's already been two days since i got the initial batch together. Is there a risk of cross contamination? Thanks for your help on this, everyone!
