I'm coming from Boston on an overnight (Sat. lunch & dinner, depart Sun.), and wondered if anyone had tried BOTH the 5 course/$68 lunch tasting at Tocqueville (wasn't listed on the menu when I visited in Sep.) AND the "full tasting" (8 courses?) at The Modern - Dining Room; would it be too ambitious to try both in the same day? I imagine opinions of people who've just tried The Modern's tasting menu would be nearly as helpful - would you say it's "a lot of food" (I mean, relatively speaking, of course)? I've tried Tocqueville before (again, not the lunch tasting though) and prefer to try more at The Modern, where it'll be my first time. I'm not particularly interested in doing The Modern's barroom, at least this time around. Thanks, as always, I appreciate your input.
