Anyone been to...BHS Cafeteria????

Tom Hilton | Feb 7, 200106:53 PM

Today's Chron has an article about the new food at Berkeley High School. The school board mandated an all-organic, mostly fresh menu sometime last year or so...and it finally kicked in this week. The article begins: "Berkeley, the birthplace of California Cuisine, is now home to some of the best-fed high school students in the country..." And there's a great shot of Alice Waters herself serving pork tackos to the kids.

So, the obvious question is: anyone here have kids at Berkeley High? (Where, by the way, I went myself, approximately none of your business years ago.) I'm dying to hear about it.
