Based on a rec from this board, we tried TJ's dumplings. They were terrific the first time (pan fried first to get a browning, then steamed, but how do you keep them crisp?). Went to try the rest last night, and they had all frozen into a lump. There was no way to get them apart, and they had an off taste once they were microwaved and then steamed. Is the problem my freezer, or the dumplings once the bag is opened?
