So when I made some pizza probably in either March or April, I opened the bottle of Portabello Mushroom & Carmelized Onion marinara from TJ's (Trader Giotto's). It's been in the fridge since then. I was curious if the hounds think it's still good (to be used on some spaghetti squash tomorrow). No particular discoloration but the bottle does indicate no preservatives. I am curious as I tend to do this too much - leave something in the fridge for 3 months then throw it out because I am not sure if it's still good. With a hectic work day tomorrow and a meeting with my landlord, I won't have time to get to the store to buy something to replace this sauce for dinner (and no canned tomatoes in the house, only slightly dimpled week old grape tomatoes).
