This was SO tasty and simple, I had to share it. Last night I tried TJ's tandori nan for the 1st time. I baked it in the toaster oven (400) for about 6 min. At the same time I melted 3/4 stick of unsalted butter, and about 5 cloves of minced garlic, for about 25 min. on a very low flame. I then brushed the 4 pieces of nan w/ the garlic butter, and put it back in the oven for about 10 min. Then sprinkled it w/ kosher salt and cut it up with a pizza cutter. It was so much better then the usual Italian garlic bread I usually prepare. The bread had many crispy layers and it just came out so delicious I had to mention it.
