I really miss corn in the winter, especially for my bean and corn burritos. I usually cut the kernels off a cob and pitch them in. Sure, I can cut off nice summer kernels and freeze myself, but I always forget and then it's too late! I'm sure I don't have to mention (but here I go anyway!) that regular frozen corn is dismal.
So along comes TJs with this product. I figured I'd try it and, man, I was not disappointed. Nice big kernels, sweet and roasty! The perfect addition to my winter burritos. I imagine they would work nicely in other recipes. Has anyone else tried this?
