TJ mustard... 2 gram protein in a TSP?

GraceW | Mar 26, 2012 07:29 PM

TJ's mustard (Hot and sweet--it is in a small jar, with a white lid) says it has 2 grams of protein in the tsp... how? Is it meant to say 2 grams of sugar (since it has honey in it...?)? Or is there protein buried in there somewhere? I am just confused how 1 tsp, a mere 10 calories, could have 2 grams of protein? Weird!

Any ideas?! Is the label messed-up (which oft happens at TJs) or am I overlooking the protein buried in mustard?
