Last week I bought and froze a rabbit at our wonderful local Cafe Rouge Meat Market in Berkeley.
This morning I put it out to defrost but realize I'm just not in the mood to have anything more complicated for dinner than leek and potato soup and some garlic bread.
Question: Can I salt and pepper the bunny and put in the fridge tonight to cook tomorrow night? Or should I just put it in the fridge sans s and p? Or should I rub it with olive oil and garlic, etc.?
Help greatly appreciated.
