I gave up meat/fowl/fish and booze/wine/beer for lent. I am not adverse to veggies - as a matter of fact I love them. I need ideas though on how I can keep some variety in my diet outside of pasta and tofu. Just as a frame of reference - I regularly eat sushi and I will have a bloody steak whenever I can, and I consider fried chicken to be the greatest invention, with the Internet being a distant second.
any tips from long lasting vegetarians are appreciated. i can have cheese/milk/eggs by the way.
