Tips and Tricks for Picnic Food Temps?

Taking some ribs to an out-of-town picnic. I will have acess to an oven to rewarm them, but how can I keep them warm and at a safe temp for a couple of hours?

I don't have any fancy food keepers, but do have an ice chest. I'd also like to have a nice presentation; there will be communal food tables. Any suggestions?

What do you do to keep food 'safe'?
