We just got a new 17 cu ft stand up freezer and I am quite excited (our freezer space is currently pretty limited). I am pretty happy we can now take advance of sales (especially on meat) and have things on hand for last minute guests.
I know this is a different beast, but my parents had a chest freezer and things just got lost in there (when they cleaned it out – at the very bottom they found things that were 10 years old!). I am trying to avoid this situation!
I am looking to stay pretty organized right from the get – go, any ideas or organizing tactics you have adopted?
I don’t have a food saver but I am thinking of getting one next time Costco has a sale.
