I'm a huge fan of canned chipotles in adobo. I use them for everything from marinades to sauces to omelets. But I've often wondered how I can store unused peppers and sauce once the can is opened.
If I keep it all in the can and cover the can with tin foil, will it go bad quickly? Is it better to store it in tupperware? I seem to recall something about never storing anything in an opened can, but i'm not sure. Any thoughts or suggestions?
