any tips to replace Lotus of Siam

I was hoping to go to Lotus of Siam while on a visit this weekend. They only take phone reservations for a few hours each day, no email, no online. Tried for the past three days and it was busy every time I called, now today they say they are fully booked all weekend. Apparently no waitlist, either, as the woman on the phone just hung up on me. :(

Anyway, while I am disappointed, I was hoping you folks could offer similar suggestions. I will be at a conference, staying at LVH. For other meals we are planning on Sage, Jaleo, db brasserie, Japanese Cuisine by Omae.
