What is the rule of thumb for tipping when you order a drink at a bar? Or do you tip at all? There are three circumstances I can think of:
1. a drink at the bar counter
2. for when you sit down at a table and the host/hostess brings a drink to you
3. if a host/hostess brings a drink to you at a casino
Can someone fill me in on what the rules are here?
