TINI - Providence

I don't know how many of you have visited Tini, but if you are in Providence you should hit it up ASAP.

I can vouch for everything on the menu as being great as two friends and myself ate everything they had to offer on Friday night, including the two specials. The entire kitchen staff came out to deliver the last two courses and were clapping because no one had ever accomplished such a super-human display of eating.

I should make note of several dishes which went above and beyond expectations:

-The Eggie was one of the most interesting things I've ever eaten. It looked like a flat bread pizza but the dough was made out of an egg white omelette with feta and smoky croutons. It was so flavorful but mild and surprising I'm still talking about it with anyone who will listen.

-The Tini Weenie is an in house made "hotdog" and bun that has a cheesy topping and is fantastic.

-The mussels had a reduction that was so good if it came in a shot glass I would have drank it.

Honestly, I could write flattering things about everything on the menu. Fantastic meal in a cool setting with hip music.
