Dear Kyo Ya fans,
I've been meaning to visit this place for a long time and finally have a chance to take my family to a dinner on 12/24. A couple of people from this group do not eat raw fish, so I am thinking going a la carte. Any thoughts and advise on making this meal a great Kaiseki meal off a la carte menu? Any standout dishes? Any specials there that I could order in advance for?
Many thanks in advance,
