For instance, a friend of mine who'd never ventured beyond Cracker Barrel cheddar is now an FK-visiting, mimolette-loving, ash-rind-trying kinda guy. Just thought it would be fun to hear stories about your proudest moments w/r/t making believers out of once-indifferent eaters: the wheres, the whats, the hows. No humility allowed!
