Tillamook Medium Cheddar--Anything Changed?

kaleokahu | Jul 1, 201507:15 PM     12

Today I cut into a new "baby loaf" (2lb.), and the slices were: (a) rubbery; (b) oversalted; and (c) bland.

This has been one of my staple cheeses for years. But based on toaday's experience, it's no improvement over the truly discount "cheddar" food product.

Has anyone else noticed a change for the worse?
