Finally found the opportunity to go to Tia Pol. My wife and I had some of the best tapas we've ever had anywhere. A couple of specials for the night were simply delicious and memorable - one dish was a grilled belly of tuna with squid-ink sauce and sea salt on the side and the other was a dish of bacon and chorizo with beans on red sauce. The sliced chorizo with chocolate on sliced bread was as good as others had mentioned here before. So was the pork loin with marinated red peppers on sliced baguettes.
