Going to throw my muffin tins out the window!!!

itryalot | Sep 28, 201411:25 AM     1

I have purchased muffin tin upon muffin tin and am beyond frustrated:
1. Trying to make the mini cherry cheesecake (Nila) recipe. My liners and wafer are smaller or larger than the tin and I either end up smushing the wafer to fit or the cheesecake is disformed because it expands. Frustrated!
2. I can never seem to get a standard size of minis and regulars to fit standard liners. I had to order liners for the nila wafers.
3. Non stick does not cook right.

Please advise - I need to make those cheesecakes for Columbus Day and am going to have a meltdown. How can a muffin tin be this difficult?
