As we all know, beef prices are crazy. Prime New York steak at Gelson's and at other good quality butchers is $20 to $25 per lb. BUT, I was amazed today at Bristol Farms to see their Prime, Dry Aged Strip at $37 (well, $36.99 to be precise) per pound. This is insane!...
Anybody know what Harvey's Guss is currently charging (used to be $16, then $18/lb.; but I haven't bought there in at least 6 months)?
