A delicate question, maybe: does anyone know if it's possible to find a restaurant that serves this North Vietnamese specialty? I encountered the dish in Hanoi in 1996, and am trying to do some research about it. I don't know if it's socially acceptable or even legal here (it's dog--my notes from the time say "thit chao" but I'm not sure this transliteration is accurate). Any advice would be most welcome, even about Vietnamese chefs in the area who would be willing to discuss it. Many thanks.
