Thin-sliced pork belly

I purchased some thin-sliced pork belly from a Korean market, and tried to cook it Korean BBQ-style. It was good, but remained chewy and a bit hard to swallow. I have more than a pound of the pork belly left. Any ideas on what I can do with it? We're pretty adventurous eaters, with well-developed palates...all ideas welcome.
