SOOO, it snow last night and there's no school today... WOO! HOO! AND that means pizza, to me. I'm not disatified with results I get from KA stand mixer at all, but wanna make THIN crust this time. Did a little googling and couldn't see much difference in any of the recipes I found... cuppa warm water, package of yeast, some salt, olive oil, and flour... let KA do all the work and let dough rise.
Thinking might not be a big difference in recipe, but in handling dough?? Any suggestions?
