I am looking for a certain kind of pizza and I'm not sure where to find it. I want a thin and crispy crust, grid cut. The style has been described as Midwest-style or Chicago thin. It sounds similar to NY/NJ bar pizza according to my research. Here's a link from Serious Eats: https://slice.seriouseats.com/2008/01...

Any ideas? I'm in Chapel Hill. We like Mercato, but I have something different in mind. Right now, I'm looking at Rosati's in Morrisville. Any other thin & crispy joints out there?
