Several queries here are about finding a creative thickener for GF dishes or baked products. I want to warn you about one that sounds good but does NOT work. I had the bright idea to pulverize Asian rice noodles in the Cuisinart and use that in meatloaf I was making for a GF friend. Problem: the noodles do not powder---they just break down into teensy lengths so that anything you add them to is going to look infested with little white worms. Back to the drawing board.
