I know there have been endless discussions about different creams available in different regions that are further confused by the dialect we speak when trying to describe them. But this was new... at least to me. There's a three ingredient recipe on phoodie.com.au for Toblerone mousse that calls for "thickened cream". There are also pictures and one does indeed look like some seriously thick cream being poured from a measuring cup. It hasn't been whipped - the directions are in two parts with the second calling for more "thickened cream that has been whipped". What is "thickened cream"??
