Thickened Cream?

But this was new... at least to me. There's a three ingredient recipe on phoodie.com.au for Toblerone mousse that calls for "thickened cream". There are also pictures and one does indeed look like some seriously thick cream being poured from a measuring cup. It hasn't been whipped - the directions are in two parts with the second calling for more "thickened cream that has been whipped". What is "thickened cream"??
