Thick Soy Sauce uses

I mistakenly purchased a bottle of thick soy sauce when i was trying to buy hoisin(their bottles are identical and i had it turned to the all chinese side). I only realized my mistake after i opened it so instead of returning it I figure i can learn to incorporate another ingredient into my repetoir.

I have already used it in a marinade where i usually use mollasses and soy seperately and it came out much better.

What are some other uses people have for it?
